PUPIL INFORMATION FORM

Parents please occasionally update your child’s pupil information form in the office. We cannot allow anyone to pick up your child who is not listed on this form. Otherwise, we have to contact you to get permission for an unknown person to pick up your child.

We also need updated phone numbers of who we can contact you in case of an emergency. Many of the phone numbers we have are either disconnected or no good.  Please help us help your children by giving us current contact numbers.

Helping Hands

Every Friday is Helping Hands day in the Parent Involvement room, room #13. Parents who volunteer for Helping Hands help teachers by laminating, copying and putting materials together. If you have time to volunteer, sign in at the office and walk across the hall to room #13 any Friday. from 9-11.
